Prawn wrapped in cod fish

Don't you just have those days where you don't feel like eating any meat? On days like this I don't want to any effort in the kitchen and just want to create something really fast. I look for the most simple, minimal effort recipe but also tasty. If you are the type of person that is picky with their food at some times, this prawn wrapped in cod fish is the right recipe for that occasion. In my new book Feliz Angola, I place this recipe within the starter but you can compliment this with rice and salad on the side.

Muca Ice Cream

Mucua comes from a large african fruit tree, each african continent have their own name such as baobab fruit. The Angolan call it (and inside its flesh it is crammed full of vitamin C, Calcium and antioxidants. The white powedery fruit looks like sherbet and in Angola it is loved on its own, with sugar and water or made as ice cream or drink. Every time I go back to Angola I must get this ice cream, its taste is not like anything that i can compare to, but different with a sweet taste you would just have to try to know that I'm talking about. )
